You cannot change over an account without the approval of the company.  While this issue will be specifically addressed in the new Policies & Procedures, we will be rolling out in 2Q 2012.  Here is how it currently works.  You must first notify the company of your intent to transfer your business.  Until permission is received from the company, which will not be unnecessarily withheld, all of the original owner’s information must remain on the account.  Once the transfer is approved and you are ready to complete it, you need to send the transfer details to us so that admin can make the change.  We have to have an exact time where the earnings records are switched, so that we can report accurate earning on the 1099's.  Please allowtwo (2) full weeks to process the change when picking a changeover date.
